No one wakes up in the morning, jumps out of bed, looks out the window, and says, “Wow I’m going to
be a victim today!”. In reality no one knows when they are going to be a victim.
Push Defense LLC developed this 2 oz. protection device to keep this from happening. This protection
device was designed for people who would like a light weight, very easy to carry protection device: while jogging, walking, going to your car in a parking lot, moving around your college campus (especially at night), arriving/leaving your place of work. There is even one that just sits in your cup holder or in your
car vent for quick access. There is another one for ice fishermen (pull them back up onto ice after
falling through into the water). And now even one for the backpack, which attaches to strap and has fast
pull magnets
JOGGER/WALKER: For the jogger, place band around middle finger, place the device crosswise in
palm of hand with tip pointing towards pinky finger side of hand. Wrap hand around device
with thumb on rubber end. If loose twist device till it fits your finger better (not too tight, it
should be comfortable). Now as you jog or walk you have a protection device in the palm or
your hand, not one you have to and if attacked. Since this is snug on your finger and in your
palm, it is ready for use. Another nice thing is that it will not fall from your hand if you are
knocked down. This device will not cut like a knife, but is designed to cause pain. If attacked,
use hammer strike, since device is sticking out side of hand. If grabbed from behind bring tip of
device down on the back of their hand- when they release from the pain shock, you strike
wherever you can. If face to face with attacker, any strike and any place will do, the biggest
target being their chest. If you are fighting for your life, the eyes (which are the windows to the
brain) and neck are great targets. Since your hand is wrapped around the device and you do a
punch, it acts like a roll of dimes in your hand to strengthen or harden your hit. Just remember,
if attacked, strike or hit anywhere you can to get out of the situation. Then run.
KEYRING: If carried in pants pocket, carry with keys or key fob in pocket with the Push Defense
Protection Device hanging out of pocket for quick use. Reach down, grab and place Push
Defense Device in palm with keys or fob hanging outside of hand. The keys or fob are another
protection tool when swung to hit or jabbed into the attacker to cause pain or distraction so
that you can break contact. Again I believe the hammer strike with the Push Defense is the best
method. When walking across a parking lot you already have the Push Defense in your hand
with middle finger through the Para cord band, ready to use if needed.
VEHICLE: The protection device for the vehicle is a little longer in length. It is made to stick up above the rim of the cup holder or out of the air vent so that it is easier to grab if needed. The protection device is always kept in the same cup holder or vent so that you can find it without looking, or in the dark. If an attacker is pushing his way into your vehicle, or pushing you into your own vehicle, you can, by memory and feel, grab the Push Defense Protection Device and use it. If it is only the attacker’s arm in your vehicle, lean away, start hammer striking the arm. If he is pushing his or her way in, strike whatever you can, such as the eyes, neck, head area.
Any weapon- knives, guns, mace, taser, and Push Defense Personal Protection Devices-Get to know them, handle them, feel them, get comfortable with them.
Backpack: This device attaches to a backpack strap or some other type of strap. One half is a ring attached to the strap and has a strong magnet on it, then the device has another strong magnet to attach to the first piece. When needed, pull from magnet and use, then just reattach to magnet when done. Again I would use the hammer strike.
